As part of the Hail Pro team our goal is to put you in a position for success. That’s why we take you through a very extensive training process that is exclusive to our brand. Our current sales positions are making anywhere from $4,000 - $10,000 per month. The opportunities with Hail Pro are endless!
The Sales Associate role is a member of an experienced sales team where all sales representatives will work in synergy together. This is a great opportunity for someone new to make base + commission while learning the business or for someone experienced to thrive.
Earn additional bonuses & commission by:
Scheduling and performing inspections for our sales team by networking, canvassing or your friends & family connections.
Provide superior customer service while educating clients on the key features and benefits of the Hail Pro difference.
Thoroughly inspect properties for damages and guide clientele through our process and why we can help.
The ideal candidate:
Required to have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must possess outstanding customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Have the ability to climb a ladder to access roofs.
Be detail oriented, possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
Have good verbal and written communication skills.
Must possess a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, coach-able and enthusiastic!
